This is the main riff from Changes (i think thats the songs name) from the albumn Band of Gypsys. I think he plays it like this but tuned down into e flat, if you cant be bothered you can either just play it like this or bring it down a fret.

Then jimi does his thing so jsut mess around wit the Eb blues and see what you can do, this riff is basically the horn part on the original Buddy Miles version, on the bends slam the wah down to get the screaching bits between the song.
